• Individual Student Planning: The school counselor helps all students plan for high school graduation and think about what comes next, based on each student's interests.

• Responsive Services: If a student needs help with a problem or crisis, the counselor is here for short-term individual counseling. They might also facilitate small group discussions for common issues.

• System Support: The school counseling program is here to support all students in building skills for success in school and life, focusing on career, academic, and personal-social development.
